If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund policies.

The following terms are applicable to any product that you purchase with us.

  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • "Service" refers to the Website.
  • "Website" refers to Jewelrstition.com, accessible from www.jewelrstition.com
  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Buyer is responsible for all return postage fees.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications, special orders or personalized items.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery: Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
    • Clearance Goods or Gift Cards.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

When requesting an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get an exchange is to return your previous Goods, and once the return is accepted, make a separate Order for the new Goods with the correct size or design. 

Refunds

We will notify You once we’ve received and inspected your returned Goods. After approval You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method You used for the Order. Please remember it can take 5 to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
